1 on 1
This allows you a slot of time alone with your trainer. With a 1 on 1 session, you get an in-depth education on the exercises being performed and a closer focus on form. Breathing, Core strength, and stretching are cued to maximize your session. These sessions allow for a more tailored workout and greater attention to detail.

Group Training
Accountability is key in any workout program and what better way to hold yourself accountable than to have someone work alongside you. Couple or group workouts are a great way to not only get a great workout but to feed off the energy of a group there to encourage and motivate. Group sessions are tailored to your fitness level and goals with a great emphasis on proper form and breathing.

Stretching is a great way to tackle nagging aches and pain. It also helps increase the range of motion and reduce inflammation. These sessions are tailored specifically to the client and there is an education on self-stretching and self-massage to help maintain what is worked on in the session.

Sessions can be booked for 1 on 1 or in groups. These classes can be tailored to all levels of practice and have a focus on releasing tension, controlling breath, core stability, and balance. Yoga is a great way to not only improve strength but also reduce stress and stretch sore and achy muscles

Sometimes we are in need of a switch up from traditional strength and cardio and boxing is a great way to implement that. This cardio bag class will not only get your heart rate up but it will also help you build muscular endurance. We have a focus on basic form and defense, we emphasize the core work once we get off the bag and as always we give the body a full stretch to cool down after.
